Program Management Professional (PgMP)®

Program Management Professional Certification tends to develop the advanced skills in individuals that help in the coordinated management of multiple aspects beyond the experience & skills required to manage individual projects. These program managers are higher-level practitioners who support the organization’s long-term vision and help in achieving objectives that could not be possible while managing individual projects separately.

After achieving this credential, the learners will be able to promote better integration and alignment of complex projects in a simpler way for the overall growth of the project. During the PgMP training, you will get in-depth knowledge of tools and techniques to manage multiple projects, implement large-scale programs to attain strategic business goals, and thorough comprehension of management concepts like budget, allocation, schedules, etc.
